Community Center

Kirklin Community Center (also known as Town Hall) is available for rent for your next function. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, class reunion, etc., please consider us as your next rental location!

Provided in the cost of the rental is:

**Chairs

**Tables

**Air conditioning/heated

**Coat rack

**Basic kitchen with stove, microwave, sink, refrigerator/freezer combo, coffee maker, toaster, some silverware, cups, plates, cookware and misc. other items.

**PLEASE NOTE: The maximum occupancy for this rental is 50 people. Due to building code restrictions, there will be no exceptions to this allowance.

No smoking allowed in the building however you may step outside in back as long as you do not throw trash of any kind on the ground.

You may not rent this room out for sales of any kind. (e.g. Tupperware, Scentsy, Pampered Chef, etc.)

The cost to rent is $100.00 + $7.00 tax = $107.00.

There is also a $150 damage/cleaning deposit that must be paid prior to rental. This will be returned to you provided you leave the facilities clean and undamaged.
