The Kirklin Town Council has decided to apply for a Stormwater/Water Planning Grant. Some of you may receive an Income Survey in the mail with a stamped envelope included for you to return it. Mailings are coming from our grand administrator so if you receive one, please know it is not a scam. It is a requirement for communities hoping to apply and receive grant dollars.
